4. Data Retention & Deletion
We store contact data only for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship. Users can request immediate deletion of their personal data or account credentials by sending an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to support@banghalighting.com. Requests are handled within 15 business days.
